Attorney Patrick M. Rogan has nearly twenty years experience, with a record of success, in federal, state and county courts, including the federal courts of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the state courts of Lackawanna County, Luzerne County, Monroe County, Wayne County, Pike County, Susquehanna County, Wyoming County and Carbon County.  He has been admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney Rogan’s law practice is located conveniently in Scranton, PA, with access to all courts of northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) and the Pocono Mountain region. With his main law office near the federal courthouse and the Lackawanna County courthouse, and with satellite offices in the Poconos, attorney Rogan easily accesses all courts in Scranton, Carbondale, Wilkes-Barre, Hazelton, Pittston, Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Mount Pocono, Tunkhannock, Honesdale, Montrose, Milford and Jim Thorpe, in Lackawanna County, Luzerne County, Monroe County, Wyoming County, Wayne County, Susquehanna County, Pike County and Carbon County.

Attorney Rogan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications/English from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, FL.  He previously worked in the prosecutor’s office of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and in the public defender’s office of Lackawanna County, PA.

Attorney Rogan was born and raised in Lackawanna County, PA, and currently lives in Clarks Summit, PA, with his wife, attorney Julia K. Munley, who is a trial lawyer and the daughter of United States District Court Judge James M. Munley.

Over one thousand of the best trial lawyers nationwide attended the AAJ convention in Seattle, WA, when attorney Rogan was elected chair of the section.  Several hundred of the lawyers attended the section meeting and unanimously selected attorney Rogan for the distinguished chair position.

As chair of the section, attorney Rogan participated in continuing legal education seminars in Miami, FL, Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
